We aim to improve the quality of life for older adults and those with complex needs, while reducing pressure on hospitals and care facilities.

- Smart falls prevention system
Developing a network of sensors and AI algorithms to predict and prevent falls in care homes and private residences. - Hospital at home platform
Creating a comprehensive digital platform to support hospital-level care at home, including vital signs monitoring and video consultations. - What health and care tech is being used?
National survey of UK providers of hospital at home healthcare to examine which technologies they currently use – in partnership with the UK Hospital at Home Society, the NIHR ARC West Midlands and the NIHR Oxford BRC.

- Improve quality of life for older adults and those with complex needs
- Enhance the efficiency of care delivery in residential and home settings
- Support the independence of individuals receiving care at home

We work closely with care home providers, community health services, social care organisations, and HealthTech companies specialising in elderly care and remote monitoring.
